The property is located in D\u00fcsseldorf’s city centre opposite the St\u00e4ndehaus not far from the Rheinkniebr\u00fccke bridge on the corner of Reichsstra\u00dfe and Elisabethstra\u00dfe. Within the perimeter development there is a small-scale existing development with a village character.<\/p>

The cornerstones of the design are the preservation of the building structure of the former West LB building and a new development in Elisabethstra\u00dfe. A more harmonious effect in the overall urban context of the block development is achieved by adapting the storeys to the surroundings.<\/p>
