The external scaffolding has been removed and the view of the fa\u00e7ade of the boarding house in D\u00fcsseldorf’s city centre is unobstructed.<\/p>\n

The perforated sheet elements, freely positioned within the fa\u00e7ade grid, support privacy and glare protection in both directions.<\/p>\n

The new building in Tonhallenstra\u00dfe, with a gross floor area of around 4,000 m\u00b2, will have 45 flats of various sizes for a total of 98 guests when it is completed in 2020. The hotel’s offer will be aimed at long-term guests staying up to 3 months.<\/p>\n
