The building permit for the first structure of the Innovation Campus Freimann Munich was granted on 01.04.2020, exactly 6 months after the submission of the building application.<\/p>\n

The building is mainly used for offices. A variety of office users are addressed via a flexible room and space concept. Open-space offices, cellular offices and mixed forms are all possible. At the same time, the development cores are arranged in such a way that both single-tenant and multi-tenant use is possible.<\/p>\n

Eller + Eller Architekten have been commissioned by CA Immo Deutschland GmbH with the object planning in work phases 1 to 5 as well as the artistic supervision in work phase 8.
