Topping-out ceremony for the new MPI-SP building in Bochum

Representatives from the Max Planck Society, the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the City of Bochum and the team of architects joined the construction workers and the institute’s staff in celebrating the project’s progress.

At Expo Real, Erasmus Eller joined Dr Christine Lemaitre, Victoria Burrows (KOMPAS VC) and Dr Tillmann Prinz (Federal Chamber of Architects) in a discussion on how sustainable construction and renovation projects can be implemented economically and efficiently on an international scale.
