The new construction of a high-rise building in the Federal Quarter of Bonn was developed within the framework of the two-phase restricted competition. The landmark is located in the area of the Federal Quarter Framework Plan, which was adopted by politicians in 2020 and envisages an urban square with high amenity qualities.
The new boarding house has a central location in Düsseldorf's bustling city centre. With a total of 42 flats and studios on 7 floors, it offers up to 98 guests a comfortable environment for a longer stay in the state capital.

This feasibility study investigated the potential for project development in the Northgate area in relation to the opening of a new light rail line in 2021. The mixed-use development of the site under study provides for 1,100 residential units, retail and office space.

For the new construction of a multi-storey apartment building with 84 residential units in Düsseldorf-Flingern, we developed a modular system in our competition entry that organises five different flat types, each extending over two levels, vertically and horizontally.

The two striking high-rise buildings in the inner-city location of the Ukrainian capital reach a height of 192 m with their 46 floors. In addition to the predominantly office use, there is a 5-storey shopping mall with sports facilities, swimming pool and restaurants in the connecting base area, as well as 6 underground parking levels.
