CARIAD Automotive Software Campus – Volkswagen Group, Berlin
CARIAD is redesigning its office spaces for 1,000 employees: moving away from traditional layouts towards flexible new working environments. The aim of the interior design and workplace planning by Eller + Eller Architects for the VW CARIAD headquarters is to create an activity-based working concept that puts the user at the centre and enables a wide range of working scenarios.

Siemens Healthineers New Global Innovation Center Bengaluru, India
The Bengaluru campus will become the new ‘Innovation Hub’ of Siemens Healthineers India from 2025. The employees will work interdisciplinary in the areas of research, development and production in the approx. 175,000 m² GFA complex. The guiding concept for this innovative working world is characterised by collaboration, communication and transparency as well as extraordinary sustainability.

MIZAL Campus – WPP Headquarters, Düsseldorf
MIZAL occupies a prominent place at the entrance to Düsseldorf's Media Harbour. As a modern office campus, the project follows the guiding principle of open and communicative working. A special feature is the maintenance-free closed-cavity façade, which is the largest in Germany.

Milestone Federal Quarter in Bonn
The new construction of a high-rise building in the Federal Quarter of Bonn was developed within the framework of the two-phase restricted competition. The landmark is located in the area of the Federal Quarter Framework Plan, which was adopted by politicians in 2020 and envisages an urban square with high amenity qualities.

Architecture is a public matter. It creates urban figures that support life and encourage creativity. With this office building, Pandion is creating an urban pioneer of working worlds in an area that has so far been little developed for this use; this is both an opportunity for the neighbourhood and a challenge. The administration building from 1965 was refurbished during ongoing operations. It has 6 storeys and has an enormous spatial depth of approx. 40 metres. The existing cellular offices were restructured into a modern open-plan office with flexible, open interior zones and approx. 1,000 workstations.

Kutuzovsky International Center, Moskau
The Kutuzovsky International Center Moscow with a total area of 368,000 m² comprises two twin towers of approximately 180 and 200 m in height with 45 and 50 storeys as well as five separate nine-storey campus buildings. At its foot is a central plaza, an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of traffic.

On the site of the old Friedrich Engelhorn high-rise E100, which has now been completely demolished, BASF SE is planning a new, representative 88-metre-high high-rise for around 600 employees. The project was awarded the MIPIM AR Future Project Award in 2016 as "overall winner" and in the "offices" category.

Headquarters Metro AG, Kiev
For the approximately 1,200 employees of the Ukrainian headquarters, an office building was planned in Kiev for the expanding Metro retail chain. It is a comb structure with four five-storey building blocks. The ground floor houses special areas such as the atrium, meeting and training rooms, showrooms and a restaurant.
