Digital planning with BIM
A true BIM model offers much more than just a 3D model of your project.
As a Digital Twin, it contains geometric and alphanumeric information about every important component that is to be executed – it is the digital equivalent of the real component. By bundling the information in a centre of information, we avoid duplicate and thus superfluous information and at the same time reduce the susceptibility to errors.
Several so-called BIM use cases can be drawn from this model, including the creation of plans, coordination of the planning participants and the specialised planning, model-based quantity and cost determination, generation of lists and also visualisations.
At Eller + Eller Architekten, we have many years of experience in the implementation of projects in a wide variety of fields on an international level. With BIM and our digital assistants, we create a holistic planning framework for your project. Through stronger networking of those involved, we can better control coordination and avoid planning errors – while saving time at the same time.

We offer you a BIM all-round carefree package
BIM does not fundamentally change any planning or execution services, but only the planning methodology for providing these services. With our BIM services, we aim to cover as broad a spectrum as possible, which is why they include both basic services and special services in accordance with HOAI. Depending on your wishes, we will prepare an individual offer for you.
BIM offers many advantages
Using BIM as a planning methodology means not only creating intelligent models, but also positively influencing the entire project workflow of planning, execution and operation.
