Boardinghouse Tonhallenstraße before the opening

The “Forty Three” boarding house in Düsseldorf’s city centre will open in June 2022. The seven-storey building will then offer 42 appartments and studios for rent; a restaurant on the ground floor will complete the offer.

Eller + Eller Architekten were commissioned as architects and general planners for work phases 1 to 8 of the 4,000 sqm GFA project.
