Installation of the closed cavity façade at MIZAL

In Düsseldorf, assembly of the façade of the MIZAL Creative Campus WPP project planned by us has begun.

The closed-cavity façade (CCF) developed by Eller + Eller Architekten in collaboration with Gartner creates a lively light-and-shadow image through the geometry overlapping in scales.

The façade is structured by horizontal stripes at the level of the storey ceilings. The highly transparent façade offers the future user, the world’s leading advertising and media company WPP, a working environment with plenty of daylight that promotes communication.

Once completed, the closed-cavity façade will be the largest of its kind in Germany, covering an area of 17,640 sqm.

Further information on the façade can be found on the project page of Josef Gartner GmbH.

Our client Codic Development GmbH presents MIZAL on a separate project website
