The “Ammonite” residential campus in the West Siberian city of Tyumen is being planned and supervised by Eller + Eller Architekten as general planners. On 30,000 sqm GFA, flats in the upscale segment and commercial space in the basement zone will be realised.
Excerpt from an interview by NAX Netzwerk Architekturexport with our project manager Yuriy Kats in June 2016: “Our project in Tyumen/Siberia with approx. 30,000 m² GFA is the best proof of this. In the beginning, we were only commissioned for the concept. The client wanted to develop a residential project in the premium sector. After completion of the concept, he was so convinced of our cooperation that he also commissioned us for the design and implementation planning. And he attached particular importance to us taking on the project as general planner in order to ensure a high standard in all areas. We are working on and managing the project as general planners through all service phases, including the application and approval procedures.”
