In 2007, Haniel planned to consolidate the departments that had previously been scattered around the city into a new headquarters.

The new headquarters is located on the 37th floor of the renowned Bund Center. The interior fittings on a total area of approx. 800 m² were planned and executed in only 6 weeks, ready for occupancy.

The offices were designed according to Western European standards: They are bright, transparent and flooded with light.
