TVS Motor Company is a premium motorbike manufacturer and strategic partner of BMW.
Eller + Eller Architects were commissioned by TVS to develop a campus master plan for the expansion of the existing production facility in Bengaluru, India. The task was to work out a strategic system of standardised elements for new research and development offices, for laboratories and workshops.
The structural implementation of flexible growth is achieved through a modular system arranged around a central boulevard that promotes connectivity and collaboration in equal measure. The building envelope was designed with a high focus on sustainability, taking into account the location in a subtropical climate zone.
